We’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Greer & Associates on multiple projects. They are consummate professionals. From the leadership of the team, to the excellent project management in the field, we experience from Greer & Associates a high level of knowledge, organization and collaborative work ethic.

I had the pleasure of working with Greer & Associates on the restoration, rehabilitation, and addition to an early 19th-century historic house in Madison County, Virginia. Always respectful of the Owners’ desires, Greer & Associates meticulously transformed a tired and run-down house into a landmark residence.

We hired Greer and Associates to do two renovation projects which included a garage, parking court, walled English garden, driveway, master bedroom and bath renovation, dining room addition, foam insulation and new Marvin doors and windows. All the work was performed on time and on budget and beautifully done.
